Qualifications

• Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, or senior medical reception roles.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with medical software like Best Practice, Cubiko, or Tanda.
• Understanding of Medicare, private billing and compliance requirements.
