Job summary

Cornerstone Health Morayfield is seeking an experienced Practice Manager for Our Medical Morayfield to lead day-to-day operations and deliver a high-quality patient experience across a busy centre.

You will coach admin and nursing staff, manage budgets and rostering, and foster partnerships with healthcare providers to ensure outstanding care and efficient centre performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience, with preference given to those with experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse team of staff and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage a budget and identify key business levers.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care.
• Experienced in workforce recruitment, rostering, training & development.

Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 10pm, our centres are supported by a diverse team of healthcare professionals, alongside skilled administrative and nursing staff.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and proactive Practice Manager to lead the team at Our Medical Morayfield.

You will play a key leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency, team performance, and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.
