SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics – Capalaba QLD is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Capalaba clinic and drive daily operations with a people‑first culture. You will unite people, processes, and performance to ensure smooth clinics, efficient care, and excellent patient experiences.

This hands‑on leadership role requires 2+ years of practice management, familiarity with Best Practice software, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Practice Management (GP or Specialist medical environment preferred).
• Familiarity with Best Practice software is a huge plus; proficiency in MS Office is a must.
• Proven ability to lead a team and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with doctors, nurses, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support, and mentor reception and administration teams to deliver exceptional patient care and collaborate with clinicians.
• Oversee daily clinic operations including doctor rosters, consult room allocations, and stock management.
• Manage Medicare claims, billing, doctor payments, and monitor KPIs to support performance.
• Act as key contact for patient enquiries and ensure a seamless journey from booking through to follow‑up.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment reflecting high standards of care.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clinic’s operations. You will bring together people, processes, and performance to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care at its core.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
