Job summary

SunDoctors Skin Cancer Clinics is seeking a warm, friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face across Sunnybank, Capalaba, and Morningside clinics. This casual role offers flexibility with shifts and the need to travel between sites to support daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of reception or healthcare experience, are adept with Best Practice software, and understand Medicare billing. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to deliver high-quality patient

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

Do you enjoy variety in your day and love meeting new people? We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinics across Sunnybank, Capalaba, and Morningside.

This is a casual position that offers variety and flexibility, with shifts available across our clinic locations. The successful candidate will be willing to travel between clinics as required and play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of each clinic.
