NTT DATA is seeking a Practice Manager to lead the Microsoft Business Applications practice across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive growth, client delivery and talent leadership while aligning with Microsoft ecosystem partnerships.

The role requires a seasoned technology consulting leader with a track record of managing large, complex delivery programs, building executive relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative Microsoft-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in technology consulting or professional services.
• Proven success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices.
• Experience managing a consulting P&L.
• Strong business development and senior client relationship capability.
• Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing Microsoft alliance relationships.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen and change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Microsoft Business Applications practice in Australia and New Zealand.
• Oversee revenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L performance.
• Lead executive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals.
• Drive delivery excellence across the practice portfolio.
• Coach and develop practice leaders and teams.
• Foster Microsoft alliance relationships and co-sell activity.
• Shape capability development and evolving service offerings.
• Oversee workforce planning, governance and performance.
