Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Practice Manager for Microsoft Business Applications to lead across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive strategy, client delivery, and people leadership while shaping the Microsoft ecosystem partnerships.

You’ll oversee growth, governance, and the development of capabilities, accelerators, and IP. This role requires senior leadership, a strong P&L mindset, and a passion for delivering data-driven, AI-enabled solutions to complex client challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ leadership experience in technology consulting or professional services.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform leadership experience.
• Proven consulting P&L management.
• Strong business development and client relationship capability.
• Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios.
• Experience leading senior consulting teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing Microsoft alliance relationships.
• Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Microsoft Business Applications practice.
• Oversee practice strategy, growth, and market development.
• Manage revenue, pipeline, profitability, and P&L.
• Sponsor executive opportunities, bids and proposals.
• Lead delivery excellence across the portfolio.
• Coach and develop practice leaders and teams.
