Job summary

NTT DATA Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Practice Manager for Microsoft Business Applications to shape the growth of a major Microsoft practice. You will lead strategy, governance and delivery across complex portfolios, partnering with sales, delivery teams and executives.

The role requires 10+ years in technology consulting, a proven MS Dynamics 365/Power Platform track, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services.
• Demonstrated success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, or similar business applications experience.
• Proven experience managing a consulting P&L.
• Strong business development and senior client relationship capability.
• Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios.
• Experience leading senior consulting teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience developing Microsoft alliance relationships.

What you’ll do

• Practice strategy, growth and market development
• Revenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L performance
• Executive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals

You’ll work closely with sales leaders, client executives, delivery managers, practice leads, Microsoft stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership, while representing the practice in executive customer governance and business reviews.
