Wedded Wonderland in Australia is seeking a PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator to bring the brand to life online and in events. You will deliver end-to-end events, manage PR activities, and build partnerships with wedding and luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events end to end.
• Strong PR and media relations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Wedded Wonderland events from start to finish.
• Own event timelines, budgets, run sheets, project trackers and critical paths.
• Manage venue sourcing, supplier and vendor coordination, styling, logistics, guest lists and RSVPs.
• Be the on-site lead on event days, ensuring seamless guest, partner and media experiences.
• Deliver pre- and post-event reporting including attendance, partner value and learnings.
• Build and maintain media and influencer lists across wedding, luxury lifestyle and travel press.
• Write press releases, media pitches, event invitations and brand announcements.
• Coordinate press events, media previews, venue famils and influencer visits.
• Manage gifting, sample tracking and media logistics.
• Track and report on media coverage and campaign results.
• Collaborate with content and social teams to amplify event moments.
