Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is a premier wedding and luxury event media brand. We are seeking a proactive PR, Communications & Events Marketing Coordinator to bring the brand to life online and in person, from concept to on-site delivery and post-event review.

The role focuses on events end-to-end, plus driving PR, media activity and partnerships with wedding, luxury, hospitality and tourism brands. Occasional evenings and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years' experience in events, PR, communications or marketing.
• Proven experience delivering events end to end.
• PR and media relations experience, including writing press materials.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a premium brand sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver events from start to finish, including brand events and partner launches.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, run sheets and critical paths.
• Coordinate venue sourcing, suppliers and guest lists.
• Be on-site lead on event days and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Deliver post-event reporting on attendance and outcomes.
• Build and maintain media and influencer lists across weddings and luxury lifestyle.
• Write press releases, media pitches and invitations.
• Coordinate press events and influencer visits.
• Support partnerships and co-branded opportunities at events.
