Job summary

ORS Group is Australia’s largest Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) team with over 300 practitioners delivering PBS services to NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan. As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner you will work with the client’s whole system of supports, observe behaviours of concern, and develop and implement behaviour support plans to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in Mental Health or Disability.
• Tertiary qualifications in an allied health, human science or education field.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check)

Responsibilities

• Work with the client’s whole system of supports.
• Contribute to clients’ goals and quality of life.
• Observe and assess clients’ behaviours of concern.
• Create behaviour support plans and implementation plans.
• Implement and monitor plans, with reviews as needed.
