ORS Group’s Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding, and we are seeking our next PBS clinician to join a national team of 300+ practitioners delivering clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0–65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with a range of presentations.

Qualificações

• NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner (or the ability to become registered).
• Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable).
• A car and licence.
• National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one).

Responsabilidades

• Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours to inform plan development.
• Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans to increase skills and independence.
• Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers and families to achieve best outcomes.

Car and licence

Qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Teaching, Social Work, Nursing or equivalent
