Job summary

ORS Group is seeking dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a nationwide multidisciplinary team.

Deliver evidence-based PBS under the NDIS, develop BSPs and FBAs, collaborate with clients, families and allied health professionals, and work autonomously with supervision aligned to NDIS requirements.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies.
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
• Passion for working with individuals with disability and a commitment to human rights-based, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs)
• Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
• Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders
• Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements
