ORS Group is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join Australia’s largest PBS team, providing services to NDIS participants and private clients across the lifespan. You will work with the client’s broader support network to promote meaningful outcomes and quality of life.

The role includes flexible work arrangements with options to work from home, a supportive learning environment through ORS’ Centre of Excellence, and clear career growth within an expanding PBS team.

Formación

• Registered Positive Behaviour Support practitioners preferred; candidates with strong foundations in Mental Health, Behaviour and Disability will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the client’s whole system of supports.
• Contribute to clients’ goals and quality of life.
• Observe and assess clients’ behaviours of concern.
• Create behaviour support plans and implementation plans.
• Implement plans and monitor/review outcomes.

Educación

Tertiary Qualifications in allied health/human sciences/education (e.g., psychology, behavior analysis BCBA, social work, teaching/early childhood care, social sciences, criminology, counseling, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or nursing)
