ORS is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing national team delivering PBS services to NDIS participants. You will assess, plan and implement interventions to help clients build skills and independence.

Collaborate with families and allied health, work with diverse ages and presentations, and enjoy flexible work options with WFH support and strong clinical supervision.

Formación

• NDIS Behaviour Practitioner (or eligible) is required.
• Experience with disability is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver PBS assessments, plans & interventions.
• Support clients to build skills & independence.
• Reduce restrictive practices through evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with families, support teams & allied health.
• Work across diverse ages, diagnoses & presentations.

Educación

Relevant degree in psychology, counselling, social work or allied health
