Job summary

ORS is expanding its PBS team in Australia, seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to commence in January 2027. You will contribute to client goals, assess behaviours of concern, and develop/implement plans within a large PBS team serving NDIS participants and private clients.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in Mental Health or Disability.
• Tertiary qualifications in allied health or related field (e.g., psychology, behaviour analysis, social work, teaching).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).

Responsibilities

• Work with the client’s whole system of supports.
• Contribute to clients’ goals and quality of life.
• Observe and assess clients’ behaviours of concern.
• Create behaviour support plans and implementation plans.
• Implement, monitor and review plans.
