Job summary

ORS Group's PBS division is expanding, seeking clinicians to join a national team delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescence and adult services with diverse presentations and disability types.

You will collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers and families to assess behaviours, teach replacement skills, and implement plans with regular follow up and review to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• NDIS Registration required or ability to obtain it.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other complex diagnoses is desirable.
• Car and valid driver license are required.
• Police clearance and Working With Children/Vulnerable People clearance or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Assess and observe participants to reduce restrictive practices and increase replacement behaviours.
• Develop and implement PBS plans to improve skills and independence.
• Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers and families to achieve client goals.
• Provide regular follow-up and review of client progress.
