Job summary

ORS Group is seeking dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to join a multidisciplinary team in Australia. The role involves delivering evidence-based PBS services under the NDIS, developing BSPs, and conducting FBAs to support individuals with disability.

You will collaborate with clients, families and healthcare professionals, work autonomously with national supervision, and benefit from a structured induction, internal PBS training, and flexible work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner.
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies.
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills.
• Passion for working with individuals with disability and a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS.
• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals.
• Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders.
• Receive supervision aligned to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
