Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience supporting POS applications in retail
• Strong understanding of retail system integrations and data flows
• Experience creating data mapping documents and interface specs
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and data quality issues

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME for Ampol's POS applications and integrations
• Perform hands-on analysis, configuration, testing, and support of POS systems
• Understand end-to-end retail transaction flows and master data processes
• Support delivery through requirements analysis, design input, configuration, and deployment
• Investigate and resolve complex application and data quality issues with vendors and teams
• Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders to drive automation and continuous improvement
• Manage Jira backlogs, user stories, defects, workflows, and documentation
