Job summary

Ampol Limited is seeking a Systems Analyst to safeguard and advance core retail payment applications, focusing on In-store and Outdoor Payment Terminal platforms, payment processing, and related integrations.

You will own requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of payment technologies across Ampol's retail network, while coordinating with vendors and ops teams to ensure secure, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting payment systems in retail environments.
• Knowledge of EFTPOS, card payments, and acquirer integrations.
• Understanding of PCI DSS and payment security controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical SME for payment ecosystem including OPT and POS integrations.
• Perform system analysis, testing, certification, and deployment activities.
• Resolve complex payment and production issues and escalate when needed.
• Support project delivery through requirements analysis, testing, and pilot executions.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support service delivery.
