Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve application issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Engage with business users to understand requirements and translate them into specs.
• Assess requests, challenge assumptions, and uncover underlying needs.
• Propose improvements to enhance service levels and efficiency.
• Provide SME input to project teams across processes and domains.
