Job summary

Fremantle Ports is seeking a Customer Service and Support Coordinator to deliver high-quality customer service to a diverse range of customers, stakeholders and industry partners. You will coordinate enquiries, support relationship management activities and work across the business to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Based in Fremantle, WA, you will play a central role in enabling cross-functional service improvements while upholding CARE values of Collaboration,

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, port or similar complex operating environment.
• Experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer enquiries, requests and service-related issues.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor, analyse and report on customer feedback and service performance.
• Assist with customer communications, invoicing support and trade-related administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and systems.
• Contribute to a positive, safe and collaborative team environment.
