WesTrac Perth Branch seeks a Customer Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis, collaborating with the Workshop to deliver outstanding service while acting as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This role combines customer engagement and operational support to ensure efficient service delivery and positive outcomes.

Roster - Monday to Friday, 10.5 hours including unpaid meal break.

Competenze

Workshop, service, or heavy equipment industry experience.
Customer-first mindset with strong stakeholder management.
Excellent organization, planning and communication abilities.
Experience with warranty processes and claims.
Experience using ServiceLink, DBS, or similar operating systems.

Mansioni

Evaluate customer requirements to define tailored service and repair scopes with the quoting department.
Create and review work orders and work packs against purchase orders.
Manage customer agreements, proforma invoices, invoicing and claim processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports using key systems (DBS, Concur, SAP, CWS, IDS, Foundry, SIS).
Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to achieve timely outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
Create and manage warranty claims in line with Caterpillar guidelines.
