Job summary

Fremantle Ports is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders and drive delivery of strategic and operational priorities across the business. You will partner with General Managers, coordinate key initiatives and manage competing priorities to keep trade moving for Western Australia.

This role involves high-level calendar management, travel planning, reporting, presentations and governance documentation, with a focus on discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive

The Opportunity

Fremantle Ports is seeking a highly organised, proactive and influential Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team and help drive the successful delivery of strategic and operational priorities across the business. This is far more than a traditional administrative role. As a trusted business partner to one or more General Managers, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating key initiatives, managing competing priorities and ensuring our leaders can focus on delivering outcomes that keep trade moving for Western Australia.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

Providing high-level support to one or more General Managers.

Managing complex calendars, meetings, travel and executive priorities.

Acting as a key liaison between leaders, stakeholders and teams across the organisation.

Coordinating reports, presentations, briefings and governance documentation.

Tracking actions, commitments, milestones and business priorities to ensure successful delivery.

Anticipating challenges, identifying solutions and driving continuous improvement across administrative and business processes.

Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
