Eaton is seeking a PMO Manager to lead governance, process, and forecasting for ANZ data-centre growth. You will standardise delivery, embed lessons learned, and provide reliable leadership visibility across multiple delivery pods.

The role emphasises governance, controls, and resource/financial forecasting with a focus on data-centre projects and infrastructure within the ANZ Power Quality division.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience in project management / PMO roles with governance, controls, and forecasting leadership.
• Experience with power OEMs, data-centre infra, EPCs or industrial tech organisations.
• PMO leadership or project-controls in complex multi-project environments; data-centre / power infra sectors preferred.
• PM Hub / Leankor / Salesforce / SAP, SharePoint and Power BI exposure; advanced Excel; familiarity with SafetyCulture advisable.

Responsabilités

• Implement a scalable PMO governance framework, including methodology, templates and reviews.
• Establish portfolio controls and leadership reporting on schedule, cost, scope, risk and margins.
• Create resource and financial forecasting to support hiring and capacity planning.
• Governance, standards and assurance including audits and lessons learned.
• Manage portfolio controls and KPI reporting across PM Hub / Leankor, SAP, SharePoint and Power BI.
