Job summary

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking an experienced PMO Coordinator to join the PMO team at our Norwest Head Office. You will provide disciplined coordination, governance administration and reliable portfolio information to ensure governance and delivery functions operate with clear visibility and timely decision support.

The role reports to the CFO and supports CIO and delivery teams without owning delivery decisions, focusing on governance, data quality and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• PMO coordination experience in governance or delivery environments.
• Ability to maintain governance documentation and records.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills with attention to data quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agendas, papers, minutes, decisions and actions for portfolio governance forums.
• Maintain decision, action and escalation records with accessible documentation.
• Collect and consolidate project and portfolio information across schedule, financials, resources, risks and changes.
• Prepare dashboards and governance packs using defined templates.
• Support commentary by highlighting exceptions, trends and required actions.
• Assist with project establishment, change control and closure in line with the delivery framework.
• Maintain resource demand records and track allocations, vacancies and contractors.
