• Lead end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle (initiate, plan, deliver, close).
• Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources.
• Monitor and report to the Sponsor/Steering Committee/Board on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables.
• Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with all stakeholders to ensure involvement and commitment throughout the project.
