Job summary

Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a maternity leave cover in Norwest, NSW, at our head office. You will drive complex IT and organisational projects, ensuring governance, risk, time and cost controls, and alignment to strategy across multi-site deliveries.

We value candidates with formal frameworks knowledge (PRINCE2/PMBOK/Agile), stakeholder engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex organisational and IT projects or programs in large, multi-site environments.
Strong knowledge of project governance and reporting to executive/board levels.
Ability to translate business needs into measurable programs aligned to strategy.
Familiarity with regulatory and legal compliance in project work.
Leadership capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across the full project lifecycle (initiate, plan, deliver, close).
Define scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources to achieve benefits.
Monitor finance, risks and milestones; report to Sponsor/Board on progress.
Engage stakeholders, facilitate governance forums and workshops.
Develop and maintain a resource plan and delegated authority structures.
