Job summary

Enemix is seeking aSenior Asset Manager to lead the technical and commercial performance of a growing portfolio of wind, solar and battery storage assets in Australia. The role is Sydney-based with travel to operating sites required.

You will combine renewable energy expertise with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a passion for operational excellence to drive performance and implement data-driven processes and AI-enabled tools across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in asset management or a similar senior role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and contracts.
• Experience with stakeholders, regulators and service providers.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and reporting tools.
• Operational excellence mindset with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing asset management team.
• Drive performance, reliability and optimisation of wind, solar and battery storage assets.
• Manage contracts, budgets, governance and compliance activities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, service providers and regulators.
• Implement data-driven processes and AI-enabled tools to enhance operations and reporting.
• Support growth and scalability of a rapidly expanding portfolio.
