Job summary

Mullein Pharmacy is seeking an experienced full-time Pharmacy Retail Manager who is customer, team and business focused, energetic and highly motivated to lead our friendly, supportive team in one of our stores in Springfield.

Qualifications

• Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent minimum experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to drive sales and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pharmacy efficiently, profitably, and ethically in line with policies.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team.
• Collaborate with Pharmacists to achieve patient outcomes and store KPI targets.
• Roster management and team engagement; manage performance as required.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure promotion of stock.
• Analyse financial reports for cost savings or revenue growth.
• Prepare monthly trading figures and reports on pharmacy operations.
