LiveLife Pharmacy in Port Douglas is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a busy pharmacy retail team. You will drive sales, coach staff, manage stock and POS operations, and collaborate with the Managing Pharmacist to optimise front-of-shop performance.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with 38 hours per week, with an attractive hourly rate and opportunities for career progression within a growing pharmacy network.

Qualificações

• Experience in leading a retail pharmacy sales team and delivering customer service excellence.
• Experience with stock control, merchandising and in-store marketing.
• Ability to analyse reports and manage targets with the pharmacist support.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on growing retail sales.

• Coordinate QCPP responsibilities with the Managing Pharmacist.
• Assist with setting and achieving in-store targets.
• Team training and mentoring of staff via online modules and day-to-day coaching.

An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced Retail Manager to join our busyLiveLife Pharmacy at Port Douglas. This would suit someone who has experience with retail pharmacy, in leading a sales team, POS ordering, instore marketing, merchandising and is able to provide exceptional customer service.

As a LiveLife Retail Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Focus on growing retail sales
• Lead and coach the sales team to live our values and deliver excellent customer service
• Providing excellent customer service and developing great customer and supplier relationships (externally and internally)
• Working collaboratively with the Managing Pharmacist to support the operations and management of the Front of Shop
• Coordinate all areas of Point of Sale including ordering, seeing reps and reporting
• Oversee ordering, stock and inventory control – including stocktakesand management of stock expiry dates
• Coordinate QCPP Responsibilities in conjunction with the Managing Pharmacist
• Assist the Managing Pharmacist with setting and achieving in store targets
• Team member delegation and training of staff through online modules and day to day mentoring

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Completed or ability to complete Cert IV in Community Pharmacy or equivalent management qualification

The Pharmacy is open across 7 days and the successful applicant will be employed Permanent Full-Time, 38 hours per week. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications. Having a Certificate III/IV in Community Pharmacy or a Management Qualification would be highly regarded.
