• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
• Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
• Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
• Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.
• Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
• Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.
