Job summary

LiveLife Pharmacy in Port Douglas is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a busy pharmacy retail team. You will drive sales, coach staff, manage stock and POS operations, and collaborate with the Managing Pharmacist to optimise front-of-shop performance.

The role offers permanent full-time employment with 38 hours per week, with an attractive hourly rate and opportunities for career progression within a growing pharmacy network.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a retail pharmacy sales team and delivering customer service excellence.
• Experience with stock control, merchandising and in-store marketing.
• Ability to analyse reports and manage targets with the pharmacist support.

Responsibilities

• Focus on growing retail sales.
• Lead and coach the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and live values.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and peers.
• Support Front of Shop operations with the Managing Pharmacist.
• Coordinate POS including ordering, reps and reporting.
• Oversee stock, inventory, stocktakes and expiry management.
• Coordinate QCPP responsibilities with the Managing Pharmacist.
• Assist with setting and achieving in-store targets.
• Team training and mentoring of staff via online modules and day-to-day coaching.
