Job summary

TerryWhite Chemmart Albany Creek is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our leadership team. This hands-on role focuses on developing the team, driving community engagement, and optimizing retail performance in a busy community pharmacy.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and pharmacy team, shaping how the retail side operates and grows, with input into merchandising and stock management. A proactive leader who can own initiatives will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pharmacy Retail Manager or a capable 2IC/Assistant Manager ready for the next step.
• Strong leadership and people-development skills.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on retail operations and performance.

TerryWhite Chemmart Albany Creek is looking for a Retail Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with people, developing a team and helping a busy community pharmacy perform at its best.

You’ll work closely with our Store Manager, Dispensary Manager and pharmacy team, with genuine input into how the retail side of the business operates and develops.

About you

• An experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager; or
• A capable 2IC, Assistant Manager or senior Pharmacy Assistant ready for your next step
• Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable leading and supporting others
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Interested in merchandising, stock management and retail performance
• A strong communicator and team player
