Job summary

DBG Health Pty, in partnership with Arrotex Pharmaceuticals, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across a diverse pharmaceutical portfolio from the Macquarie Park office in Sydney.

The successful candidate will drive lifecycle management, launch excellence, and portfolio growth by leveraging insights, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
• MBA is highly regarded but not required.
• Experience in product/brand management in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong P&L literacy and market-facing forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio strategy and execution with accountability for results.
• Lead annual portfolio plans translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Drive pipeline and innovation from ideation to activation.
• Build business cases using data to prioritise investment and profitability.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Supply Chain to launch products.
