Job summary

DKSH Healthcare is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and performance of a portfolio of ethical pharmaceutical products within the Australian market. You will guide brand leadership, commercial strategy and people management, while directly managing a small sales team in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated healthcare marketing and HCP engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare landscape.
• Proven success developing and executing commercial marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and industry codes.
• Experience using market data, CRM platforms, digital marketing and omnichannel engagement tools.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Science, Pharmacy, Medicine or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives.
• Drive product growth through effective HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Analyse market, customer and competitor insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Market Access teams to ensure successful and compliant execution.
• Manage promotional campaigns, content development and customer communications.
• Build strong relationships with HCPs, KOLs and key internal stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, forecasts and campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations to optimise results.
• Manage marketing budgets and contribute to forecasting and business planning activities.
• Coach, develop and lead a small sales team, ensuring alignment between brand strategy and field execution.
