Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager, Dispensing Solutions, to lead localisation and execution of global marketing strategies across our dispensing portfolio, including BD Pyxis™ automated dispensing solutions and BD ROWA™ pharmacy automation technologies. You’ll work with sales teams, customers and stakeholders to identify market opportunities and drive growth in ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or a commercial healthcare role.
• Background within medical devices, healthcare technology, healthcare software or hospital solutions.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing product or portfolio strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience using market intelligence and customer insights to influence decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with pharmacy automation, medication management or hospital workflows will be highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans that support portfolio growth and market awareness.
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions tailored to the ANZ market.
• Partner with sales teams to drive customer engagement, opportunity development and revenue growth.
• Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence and market data to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy leaders, key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.
• Develop customer-facing collateral, sales tools and value-based marketing resources.
• Lead local events, conferences, exhibitions and product launch activities.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver co-marketing initiatives.
• Support demand forecasting, portfolio planning and lifecycle management.
• Spend time in the field with customers and sales teams to identify opportunities and strengthen execution.]
