Job summary

Country Pine Kennels & Cattery is seeking an experienced Receptionist to be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, professional environment while handling daily administration and pet records.

You will manage pet care communications, coordinate bookings and social media content related to dogs, cats, and training. A weekend/holiday schedule is required, with a 7pm finish on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an office administrative, reception role.
• Excellent interpersonal communication with clients and staff.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a busy reception.
• Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Comfort with social media content related to dogs/cats.
• Australian Drivers License is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reception area is well-presented at all times.
• Handle daily correspondence with staff and clients.
• Maintain pet and client records accurately.
• Clean and care for boarding cats as needed.
• Create and manage pet care, dog training & cattery content for social media.
