Riverbank Animal Hospital is seeking a Part-time Client Care Coordinator to warmly welcome clients, manage appointments, and support the veterinary team. You will handle bookings, educate clients on services, and assist with invoicing while maintaining detailed records in a busy hospital environment.

The role requires outstanding front-of-house and customer service skills, excellent organisation, and a friendly, collaborative attitude to ensure a stress-free experience for clients and their pets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a direct client facing role in veterinary or medical environment
• Coordinate animal medical cases and priorities with the veterinary team
• Experience managing appointment books and scheduling software
• Engage and educate clients on services and wellness programs
• Advanced account skills managing estimates, invoicing and payment options
• Maintain records, reminders and recalls to standards of care
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team members
• Maintain information and records per privacy standards
• Vibrant, compassionate and warm to put clients and pets at ease
• Coordinate social media, campaigns and Google requirements
• Maintain WHS compliance with visitors, suppliers and trades
• Reception and waiting area kept clean and presentable
