Riverbank Animal Hospital is seeking a part-time Client Care Coordinator / Veterinary Receptionist to warmly welcome clients and support pets and their families. You will work closely with nurses and veterinarians to ensure smooth daily operations, appointment management, and client education in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Direct client-facing experience in veterinary or medical settings.
• Ability to coordinate animal medical cases with the veterinary team.
• Experience managing appointment books and scheduling software.
• Strong ability to engage and educate clients on services and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face of Riverbank Animal Hospital and support clients from first contact.
• Coordinate case flow with veterinary nurses and veterinarians.
• Maintain accurate records, reminders and recalls; protect privacy standards.
• Manage reception area to keep it clean and well presented.
• Assist with social media, campaigns and Google requirements.
