Job summary

ZIWI, a premium pet nutrition brand, is seeking a sales professional to join our Melbourne APAC team and drive growth across Australia and New Zealand. This role focuses on account management, distributor relations and market expansion within the pet sector.

You'll collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams, support promotions and product launches, and use sales data to inform strategy while building lasting partnerships with customers and distributors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, account management or customer-facing commercial roles.
• Experience in pet industry, pet nutrition or related sectors preferred.
• Passion for pets and understanding of pet parents.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercial curiosity and a desire to understand drivers of growth.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to contribute.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.
• Support customer business reviews, promotions and product launches.
• Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyse sales and market data to inform commercial decisions.
• Support distribution, ranging and activation initiatives.
• Keep up to date with competitor activity, pricing and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute customer plans.
• Provide outstanding service and support to customers and partners.
