Job summary

Nestlé Australia – Purina is seeking a focused Sales Professional to own the Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton and North Brisbane territory, driving sales, distribution and growth across a mix of independent grocers and retailers.

You will act as a category expert and customer business partner, delivering in-store training, building relationships, executing the Field Sales Cycle Plan and applying shelf strategies while committing to regular travel (about 5 nights away per month) to support

Qualifications

• Degree in Commerce/Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.
• Sunshine Coast resident is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating in-store training with sales staff on Purina products and nutrition solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external customers and internal contacts.
• Delivering customer sales through execution of the Field Sales Cycle Plan.
• Ensuring customer/shopper engagement through shelf & merchandising strategies.
• Delivering to sales KPI’s and seeking new business opportunities.
• Extensive travel to cover the territory (approx. 5 nights away per month).
