Job summary

Nestlé Purina is seeking a Sales Professional to own a large territory covering Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Rockhampton and North Brisbane. You will drive sales, distribution and growth by engaging a diverse mix of retailers and partners.

Join a dynamic FMCG team and become a category expert, negotiator and partner to customers. You will travel ~5 nights per month and support a strong, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Ability to train and coach in-store staff on product solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating in-store training for staff on Purina products.
• Developing relationships with external customers and internal teams.
• Delivering sales through field execution and KPI delivery.
• Maintaining shelf presence and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
