Job summary

Purina Australia is seeking a focused Sales Professional to own the Central Coast Territory, driving sales, distribution and growth. The role covers Central Coast/Newcastle and surrounds, serving independent grocers, corporate and independent retailers.

You will train in-store staff on Purina products, build strong relationships, and execute Field Sales Cycle Plans to meet KPIs while exploring new business opportunities. A valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• University Degree completed (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in field sales or FMCG is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating in-store training sessions for staff on Purina products and nutrition solutions.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external customers and internal contacts.
• Delivering customer sales via Field Sales Cycle Plans and KPI attainment.
• Ensuring shelf & merchandising strategies drive shopper engagement and sales.
• Seeking out new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
