Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Account Executive to grow our presence in Perth and Western Australia. You will focus on building trusted relationships with customers in mining, oil & gas, resources, and large enterprises, connected to WWT’s broad portfolio of technology solutions.

The role requires ownership of the full account lifecycle, from discovery to close, and close collaboration with technical specialists and executives to drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in technology sales, account management or business development.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing account plans, territory strategies and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account and territory plans for priority WA accounts across mining, oil & gas and large enterprise.
• Own the full account lifecycle: protect and expand relationships and close new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a qualified acquisition pipeline through targeted prospecting and executive engagement.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, and executive briefings to position WWT as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and delivery teams to shape practical, outcome-led solutions.
