Job summary

Blue Care Labrador Gardens Aged Care Facility in Labrador is seeking a Personal Carer to support residents across AM, PM and Night shifts, including every second weekend. You'll help with daily living, mobility and meal times, following individual Care Plans.

Permanent part-time (limited) or casual role with salary packaging and generous employee benefits; you’ll join a compassionate team committed to quality of life and respectful care.

• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Employment Status:

Permanent part time (limited) or casual position.

Work hours and shifts:

Must be available to work across AM, PM and Night shifts, including every second weekend.

Remuneration:

$36.32 per hour (+25% for casual rate $45.40) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About the role:

As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Role requirements:

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
