Job summary

BlueCare Hollingsworth Elders Village is seeking a Personal Carer to provide care to residents, supporting independence and quality of life through daily activities and tailored care plans.

Role requires Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, comfort with technology, and compliance with probity checks. Casual, on-site with attractive benefits and a strong community focus.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at meal times and general mobility
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
