Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking entry-level carers to support elderly clients aged 65+ to live independently at home in Baradine NSW. You will provide domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal prep, and be the friendly face that brightens someone's day.

This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per fortnight, paid travel time, 12% superannuation, and a 0.92/km allowance. Training is provided through a two-week Brilliant @ Basics program, including travel for training.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?

• Live in or near Baradine NSW
• Open to candidates with 3 months domestic experience
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car(sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
• work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday - but we are flexible for the right candidate!
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.
• Know thisis NOTa vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Permanent Part-Time contract
• Permanent Contract hours: 30 hours per fortnight
• Hourly Rate: $34.80 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
