Do you meet these minimum requirements:

• Live in or near Young including surrounding suburbs Barwang, Bribbaree, Burrangong
• Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
• Have 12 months personal care worker industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
• Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.
• Know this is NOT a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

What this role offers:

• Permanent Contract hours:

Monday-Friday Part time 40 hr fortnightly hours 8am - 6pm experienced PCW workers

• Hourly Rate: $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
• Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to experienced carers.
