Job summary

Estia Health is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our SA team. You will assist residents with daily living, meals, mobility, and personal care while supporting their health and well-being.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care, maintain dignity, and respect privacy in a warm, homely environment. Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, have prior caregiving experience, and strong documentation and computer skills.

Qualifications

• A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life - making sure residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments.
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected.
