Estia Health is inviting applications from compassionate caregivers to join our aged care homes across New South Wales. You will support residents with daily activities, meals, and personal care while collaborating with a caring team to manage complex needs.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, have previous caregiver experience, and possess solid documentation and computer skills to maintain accurate resident records.

Qualificações

• Caregiver experience in similar settings.
• Solid communication with residents, families and team.
• Competent with clinical documentation and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Lend a hand with daily life - ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents physically and mentally active.
• Monitor residents' health and assist with treatments as directed.
• Be a friendly presence and safeguard privacy and dignity.
